Terms of Service1) Personal commissions are meant for non-commercial, i.e. personal use only. The Client may not profit from the artwork. The client may not sell, trace or claim the artwork as their own. The artist retains all the rights to the commissioned work; the Client retains the rights to their character(s) depicted in the artwork. The Client may upload a watermarked artwork to their personal website(s) and/or social media account(s) with the proper credit to the artist.
2) The artwork is not to be sold or distributed as an NFT.
3) The artwork is not to be used on any AI platforms and/or to train any AI.
4) The artist has the right to turn down any commission request if they do not believe in their ability to fulfil said request.
5) The artist has the right to turn down any commission request if they deem the content offensive or harmful.
6) Alterations are allowed at the sketch and/or line art phase. One minor alteration is allowed at a render phase. Other major alterations at the render phase may be billed separately.
7) After a sketch has been approved by the Client, payment must be made in full via PayPal invoice in USD within 7 days of receiving the invoice.
8) No refunds are provided unless the artist was not able to deliver the artwork.
9) The estimate of time will be provided after clear visual references are received from the Client and discussed.
10) The Client will be updated with progress pictures, changed time estimates, etc.
11) With the Client’s consent the artwork may be posted on artist’s social media accounts or portfolio websites.
12) The Client must read, understand and agree to all the above terms. By submitting the payment, the Client agrees to all the above terms.
